This was such a fun branding session! Katie is a day of coordinator for couples in St. Louis and does such a great job of planning out all the details for her couples. This day of coordinator branding session was everything we could’ve imagined and more! We made sure to go through my whole planning process to ensure that we were capturing all the aspects of Katie’s personality and her business that she wanted to show off. We snagged these pictures at 20th street studios, the lifestyle studio and I highly recommend all my branding clients check out this location!
Values as a day of coordinator
When planning out this day of coordinator branding session and reading through Katie’s questionnaire (yes, all my branding clients fill out a questionnaire to get to the why behind their business!) there were a few things that shined through! Katie wants to make sure she is creating a fun, but stress free experience for her couples. She wants to make sure that her couples and their families can trust her and just enjoy the day. But she wants to do this all with a smile on her face while not taking herself or any situation too seriously. So my goal was to capture her as organized and efficient but also fun and energetic! And I think we nailed it 🙂
The images we captured
We started out with a tablescape that Katie set up herself. Flowers were arranged by rouge floral design and they did a beautiful job! I wanted to get a few shots of her in action arranging the table, but also of the table itself. Next, we captured a few headshots and more fun images. Katie brought confetti that matched her branding and we had the best time with that. Luckily, her fiance was there to clean up! We also made sure to get some shots of her working and in more of an everyday relaxed pose to show off her more chill side. Some of my favorite shots have to be of her with her Dr. Pepper and french fries. I wanted to show off things that Katie loves in a fun way and that fit the bill.
